What can I personalise?
You can add names, initials, logos, slogans or custom artwork. If you have something specific in mind, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm suitability.
Can I add my business logo?
Yes. We offer logo embroidery and print for brands, groomers, pet boutiques and events. High-resolution artwork is required.

What is the difference between embroidery and print?
Embroidery is stitched into the garment for a textured, premium finish. Printing is smooth and ideal for detailed graphics or bold designs.
Which option is more durable?
Embroidery is generally the most durable and premium finish. Printed designs are also long-lasting when cared for correctly.

How do I choose the correct size?
Please see the size guide provided on each product page. If your dog falls between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for comfort and ease of movement.
Can personalised items be returned if the size is wrong?
Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please double-check measurements before ordering.

To preserve the finish:
- Wash inside out
- Cold wash only (30C-40C)
- Do not tumble dry
- Avoid ironing directly over embroidery or print
